Description
The cooler 2022 vintage has created a wine that is delicate and light- very pale pink in colour, the nose is perfumed and bright with rose petals and light red fruits coming to the fore. The palate is on the drier end of the scale- clean and fresh with flowers, wild strawberries and cherries- the perfect match for Spring / Summer days!

As always, this is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and I love the mouthfeel, texture and structure the wine has. Not a light style at all- there is a good acid presence and light tannins. Bright mid-palate with a long, fresh finish.
